WHEN PAYING, DO NOT HIT THE “SUBMIT” BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE!  CALL THE PARK IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE TWO EMAILS WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF BOOKING/PAYING.  ONE WILL INCLUDE “PARTY INVITATION” IN THE SUBJECT & THE OTHER WILL HAVE “PARTY BOOKING CONFIRMATION FOR (CHILDS NAME)” WITH A SALE ID & ALL THE DETAILS YOU SELECTED FOR YOUR PARTY IN THE BODY.  IF YOU RECEIVE JUST ONE EMAIL WITH AN INVOICE NUMBER AND ONLY CREDIT CARD/ACCOUNT HOLDER DETAILS IN THE BODY, PLEASE CALL US ASAP AT 816.439.5300 OR EMAIL US AT aboveallparkinfo@gmail.com.

When booking a party, a deposit of 50% of the party value after tax is required to secure the party slot.  That deposit can be transferred to any other purchase at the park, including rescheduling the party.  If a complete cancellation occurs, the funds from the deposit will be returned on an Above All gift card, which has no expiration date.  Please make note of the day of the week and/or time each package is available when making a selection.
